Welcome to Deewan’s Shared Apartments — a unique living space located in a charming four-story building in the heart of Jabal Al-Weibdeh, one of Amman’s most vibrant and culturally rich neighborhoods.
Our building hosts three floors of shared apartments, offering a total of 27 private rooms. While each guest enjoys the privacy of their own room, the common areas — including fully equipped kitchens, two shared bathrooms per apartment, and inviting lounges foster a friendly, communal atmosphere.
Guests have access to a beautiful ground-floor garden, a peaceful green space perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day in the city. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views over Amman ideal for sunsets, casual gatherings, or quiet reflection.
The apartments are equipped with very strong and reliable Wi-Fi, making them perfect for both leisure and remote work.

Welcome to Deewan’s Shared Apartments, located in a residential building in the heart of Jabal Al-Weibdeh. Deewan owns two apartments in this building — one on the ground floor and one on the second floor.
• The ground-floor apartment has three private rooms and two shared bathrooms.
• The second-floor apartment has six private rooms and two shared bathrooms. Five of the rooms have private balconies.
Each room is private and comes furnished with a bed, closet, and basic essentials. Both apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, a shared sitting area, and strong Wi-Fi. Utilities are included.
This setup offers a practical and affordable stay in one of Amman’s most vibrant neighborhoods, just a short walk from Downtown.
