Deewan Institute offers a variety of cultural and language events that can be enjoyed by students and guests in our spacious workspace. The different events we offer ensure that there is truly something for everyone. To sign up, please fill in the form below:
Palestinian Embroidery Workshop
2hr Workshop
During this monthly workshop, students can explore different types of Palestinian embroidery, gain an insight into the history of embroidery in Palestine and learn how to embroider using traditional Palestinian embroidery cross-stitch methods by an embroidery expert from Ramallah, “Ebtisam”.
Fees: 25 JDs including coffee or tea.
Calligraphy Course
10-hours (2 hours each session)
10 hours in total, split into 5 sessions of 2 hours
One can learn a lot about the Arabic language through calligraphy. Luckily, calligraphy has been a very popular choice out of Deewan's activities and events that friends love!
